Ready stock / Preorder
- Ready stock products require 5 to 7 working days
- Preorder products are taking 15-30 working days. We do not accept urgent order for preorder products
- Preordered items may due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delay, insufficient fabric or insufficient stock may be further delayed or cancelled. Amount paid for the product cancelled will be converted to store credit + additional RM5.00/-. (i.e. RM125(paid) + RM5.00/ = RM 130) into store credit.
- Shipping date of preorder items will not be provided till stock have arrived.
Shipping policy
- Free delivery for purchases above RM350 (East and West Malaysia only)
- We only accept 1 order with the same shipping fee, no combine orders are allowed.
- RM 35 shipping fee to Singapore (1-2KG), Every additional 1 KG will be charged RM10.
Exchange policy
- For full priced items, exchanges are only available for a different size (subject to availability) of the same style.
- In the case of exchanges, customers are responsible for the incurred charges, including taxes and shipping fees.
- All items must not be worn, washed, signs of staining, scents from perfume/fragrances and detergent. Clothing tag must be attached and in it’s original condition when shipped out. Any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale will not be exchanged.
TopUp policy
- Wallet credit only valid for 24 months from the date of payment made.
- Credit in the wallet is non-refundable.
